• To place an order:
E-mail or Fax us, express your requirements and give the details of your order. Once we get your information, we will make a copy of sales contract which goes with our signature for your filling and record;Or, you can fill an order form and send it to us; then we will confirm it and send it back with a copy of invoice.
• About the Minimum Order Quantity
-MOQ for dresses: 1000 pieces / style(in stock); 2000 pieces/styles(custom-made order)
-MOQ for bags: 1000 pieces / style(in stock); 2000 pieces/styles(custom-made order)
*One style must be same in Colour, but can be different in Size for dresses
• About payment:
-By bank's wire transfer (T/T) or the economical way of Western Union, or by L/C for very big amount.
-At least 30% of the amount should be paid as deposit when an order is concluded. And the balance should be paid off when goods are finished and ready for shipment.
• Delivery
- Buyers can assign a qualified Quality Controller to come and do the quality check on products before packing. Or, our controller will do the job for you;
- Lead time (producing duration): normally 15-20 days (with material in stock), 1-3days for making samples
• Canceling an order
When process on an order is started, buyer shouldn't cancel it. Otherwise, 50% of the amount will be claimed. If buyer cancels partial of an order, 50% cost of the cancelled part will be claimed.
